Weatherford, TX – Evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify improvements; develop high volume plastic injection molding process; develop layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow; ensure lean plans are created and implemented; apply continuous improvement concepts to improve productivity and customer satisfaction; research and develop new processes, equipment, and products; and troubleshoot process related issues and prepare reports. Proficient in AutoCAD, Lean Manufacturing, Pro-E, Solid Works, Six Sigma, 5S Concepts, and Arena Simulation. MS or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, ME, or relevant engineering field or related/equivalent field and one year of relevant experience.
